FCSC Properties ensures a 24/7 security and a reliable supply for our communities, whether in terms of our drinkable tap water and electricity supply, electronic features or the support of ecological purposes.

Safety & Security
We offer gated communities, whose security staff ensures a particularly trustworthy and reliable security through a minimum of 10 years of employment with FCSC Properties. The 24/7 patrolling securities are armed and also carry out permanent entrance checks to protect the comfort of our communities from uninvited guests. Electricity Features
The electricity supply of our two compounds is obtained exclusively from green energy. In addition, the electricity produced by solar cells is available 24/7 for every resident. If the electricity fails for inexplicable reasons, there is an automatic and immediate activation of the emergency power generator to allow all our tenants an uninterrupted electricity supply.
The accommodations are also equipped with fibre optics to provide you with impeccable WI-FI use. On request FCSC Properties also offers you IP-TV if you want to make your stay even more pleasant.
Waste Management
Just because Sierra Leone is not active in the segregation of waste, it does not mean that for us. Apart from the green energy we produce, we also try to act in an environmentally committed way. It makes FCSC Properties unique nationwide that we offer the segregation of waste in our communities and the subsequent onward transport to recycling companies of the circular economy. Each resident can decide for himself/herself whether he/she wants to participate or not. But we would always welcome the commitment of improving our environment.

The tenants of FCSC Properties do not have to worry about it if something breaks in their property. Everything we provided to our residents in their new home has replacement goods in our local warehouse. So don’t be shy – just report to the landlord and our listened and helpful staff will be happy to assist you.
